1. Returns

We accept returns only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Steps to Request a Return:

Please email us at connect@urbanicfinds.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product showing the defect/damage (if applicable)

Return Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.

  • It should be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return request and the product is returned to us, our team will inspect it.

You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded (unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item).

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sales

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at connect@urbanicfinds.com.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
